Return & Exchange
We want to ensure your satisfaction over every purchase. If something is not right with your purchase, we’ll be glad to assist you.
SK Depot accepts returns within 30 calendar days. All returns, exchanges or services require pre-authorization. To qualify for a refund, items must be in its new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. Original receipts are required for all returns and exchanges.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
Items advertised Final Sale or Clearance
Customized items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
Bundled items for discounted price, e.g. “5 for $25”, cannot be returned alone and can only be returned with the entire bundle
If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund.
SPECIAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: The Seller cannot accept returns for used items. The Seller charges a restocking fee of 10% that will be withheld from the refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been placed, our delivery team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your order and make an appointment for delivery
Shipment will be arranged by SK Depot. Depending on the location, your shipment maybe delivered by us or by a third-party carrier (Fedex®, Purolator®, Canpar® or UPS®)
Oversized or overweight product will be shipped by Freight Carrier. At most times, your products will be put on pallets.
Tracking Number will be posted on the order page.
