Q: DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM WHICH WE COULD VISIT?
A: Yes, we do. We currently have 1 showrooms in GTA. For your own convenience, Please call the numbers below before you come to make sure the item that you are looking for is available in the showroom. +1 833-979-0288
Q: DOES YOUR IN STORE PRICE DIFFER FROM ONLINE PRICE?
A: For most of the products, no. However, some of the products have special promotional price in certain area. Please call your local store for more details.
Q: IF I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP FROM ONE OF YOUR LOCAL SHOWROOM?
A: Yes, you can. Currently, orders can be only picked up from Mississauga Store/Warehouse. Simply select FREE in Store Pickup during checkout and come to our store on the next day. There will not be any notification email or message since everything available on website is in stock in warehouse. Please print out the order confirmation email and come to our Mississauga store. The hours and address can be found above.
Q: WHAT DOES THE "ADDRESS" MEAN WHEN I TRY TO CHECK OUT WITH MY CREDIT CARD AFTER I PUT IN MY CARD NUMBER AND EXPIRY DATE?
A: It should be the address which you used to apply for your credit card, as known as Billing address.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL BE MY SHIPPING FEE AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING METHOD?
A:The shipping fee of all other product is calculated based on product’s weight and your location. We will only charge whatever UPS or Purolator is charging us. You can contact us if you believe your shipping fee is too high. We can refund if we find better discounts with our carriers, UPS or Purolator. The shipping time varies from 1 to 5 business day transit by UPS or Purolator. Please be noticed that we may ask you to pay addition shipping fee for remote area.
Q:HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
A confirmation email will be sent to you after we receive your order, and please allow one or two business days for order information update, which means your order will be shipping out within 2 business days (exclude extreme weather or products in short supply). Second email will be sent to you after your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number or you may check your tracking number on your order page. Then you will be able to track your order on UPS or Purolator website with the tracking number.
Q:WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
A:Some conditions may apply if you would like to cancel your order. For example, you may be responsible to pay the shipping fee if your order has already been shipped out, etc. Please contact us at 833-979-0288 when you want to cancel your order and we will figure out if we have some measures.
Q:WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A:SK Depot strives to insure that all shipments are sent to you in perfect condition. If after receiving your order a product is found to be defective, you have a maximum of 7 days after the date received to contact our Returns Department. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original shipping invoice. If the product is found to be defective, it will be exchanged for the same product from our inventory, or a refund made payable by method of original purchase. You have 7 days to contact us since the date of purchase. Any occurred shipping fee is not refundable. Opened item will be charged up to 15% restocking fee (Defective products exclude) All delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned will be your responsibility unless the return is due to SK Depot not delivering the products you ordered, or has delivered to you products that are damaged or defective. In this case SK Depot will assume the delivery charges and the risks, but reserves the right to choose a delivery service of our choice to ensure that the package is insured against loss or damage. SK Depot reserves the right to refuse any return if the product(s) has (have) been (1) Removed from the original packaging. (2) Appears to be soiled, worn or used in any way. (3) Arrives in our office after the 10 day period has expired. SK Depot does not accept returns on any liquid form products (including, but not limited to: oils, lotions, crèmes, or bath products), pillows, towels, sheets or Gift Cards.
